  • Sewing Tips

    Make sure you put your sewing machine needle into the machine with the flat side of the needle facing away from you. You should be able to look directly through the eye of the needle if it is done correctly.

    When you begin sewing a seam, be sure to hold the threads for the first one or two stitches so that they don't tangle up under the fabric.

  • Gadget Tip:

    To replace the blade on your rotary cutter safely, take the new one out of the package using a refrigerator magnet or some other magnet. Press the blade onto a newspaper or other flat surface using your finger on the flat part of the blade. Take the old blade out with the same magnet and put it into the plastic package the new blade came in. Snap it tightly and dispose of it. Put the new blade in using the magnet!
